Kitchen Remodeling

The room you use most, rebuilt around how you actually use it.

Overview

Kitchen Remodeling

A successful kitchen feels effortless because every decision has been considered. The layout supports movement, storage is placed where it is needed, lighting serves a purpose, and the materials work together throughout the room.

As a kitchen remodeling company that services South Eastern Pennsylvania & Beyond, we renovate homes throughout the city and surrounding suburbs. Each kitchen is planned around the architecture of the home and how the people living there actually use the space.

How It Works

Understand Your Routine

We discuss how you cook, gather, store items, and move through the existing kitchen.

Design and Selections

The layout, cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting, fixtures, and finishes are selected together.

Demolition and Construction

The existing kitchen is removed before structural, mechanical, and finish work begins.

Final Review and Handover

We inspect the completed kitchen and review its features and finishing details with you.

We plan the room around your routine, not around a layout that looked good on paper.

Common Questions

How long will I be without a kitchen?

A typical full remodel runs four to eight weeks, with the worst of it in the middle. We give you a week-by-week schedule at the start and set up a temporary kitchen space so you are not eating out for two months.

Can I keep my existing cabinets?

Sometimes. If the boxes are solid, refacing or new doors and hardware can transform a kitchen for a fraction of full replacement. We will tell you honestly whether yours are worth keeping.

Can that wall come out?

Often, but the answer depends on whether it is load-bearing and what is running through it. We find out before quoting rather than discovering it after demolition, because that is where budgets get destroyed.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. Electrical and plumbing changes generally require permits, and we pull them and schedule inspections as part of the job. [TODO: confirm your permit coverage area.]
